Practice against AI opponents, then take the session apart.

Training software · Play money only ·No real-money wagering

Eight checks flag patterns in your statistics, the session summary reports what happened, and Review mode pauses the hand to put your action next to the advisor's recommendation.

What it is

Volume on its own does not teach you much. What teaches you is volume plus a review of that volume, and the review usually means a second tool, an import step, and an evening of configuration before you learn anything about your own play.

Poker Genius deals the hands and keeps the statistics in the same system. There is nothing to import. When a session ends, its hands, BB/100, biggest pots, opponent-style matchups and written observations are already there to review.

The nearest thing to it outside poker is a chess engine. You play it, and it also tells you what it would have done. Here that happens hand by hand in Review mode, which pauses after you act and sets your action beside the advisor's, with a mark for whether the two agreed.

Progress

Shipped, and what's coming next

Everything down to the Now marker is in the simulator today. Below it is what is being built next, in order, with no date attached.

June 2026

Cash

Tables at two, three, six, nine or ten players, No-Limit or Fixed-Limit. You choose which opponent style sits in each seat.

Opponents

Eight styles: Rock, TAG, LAG, Calling Station, Maniac, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Tight-passive through hyper-aggressive.

History

Every hand is stored and can be replayed on the table with all cards shown.

Stats

VPIP, PFR, AF, WTSD and WSD for you, and the same for every opponent you have played, with steal, fold to steal, c-bet and fold to c-bet on the opponent table.

HUD

VPIP and PFR appear as badges on the table while you play.

July 2026

Sit and go

Single-table tournaments at six, nine or heads-up, in three speeds: normal, turbo and hyper-turbo. Blind levels move up on their own.

Advisor

Three modes. Train shows the recommended action before you act. Review pauses the hand after you act and puts your action next to the recommendation. Off hides it.

ICM

Tournament equity, bubble factor and Nash push or fold ranges once the effective stack is fifteen big blinds or less. Sit and go only.

Session review

A summary with BB/100, the biggest pots won and lost, how you did against each opponent style, and written observations.

Analysis

Eight checks run against your statistics and report the patterns they find.

August 2026

MTT

Fields of 18, 45 and 90 players. You play one nine-handed table while the rest of the field plays itself out.

Now

What's next

ICM for MTT

Connects the existing ICM and push or fold engine to multi-table tournaments.

ICM-adjusted bar

Adjusts the advisor's fold, call and raise split by bubble factor once a tournament is in play.

Hand strength

Shows where a starting hand ranks before the flop, in the advisor panel.

Order, not a schedule. No dates attached.

Missing, and honest about it

This list is as carefully kept as the one above it. If something moves off it, the date beside this section changes with it.

The eight checks currently cover six-handed No-Limit cash games.
ICM
Tournament equity and push or fold cover sit and go tournaments. They are not connected to multi-table tournaments yet.

The advisor works in No-Limit games. There is no Fixed-Limit advisor.
Fixed-Limit
Three of the eight opponent styles play Fixed-Limit: Rock, Calling Station and Beginner. The other five are No-Limit only.

Who this is for

Two straight answers

For you if

  • You already play and want to see your own numbers instead of guessing.
  • You want volume and a review of that volume in the same place.
  • You want to work on a format before you sit down in it.

Not for you if

  • You are looking for a game with money in it. There is none here.
  • You want to play against other people. Every opponent is software.
  • You want to analyse hands you played somewhere else. Poker Genius only sees hands played inside it.

What this is not

Poker Genius is a training simulator. Every hand is played against AI opponents on play money. There are no deposits, withdrawals, chip purchases or prizes of any kind, no connection to any online poker room, and no play against other people. The advisor can only see hands played inside the simulator.

That is not a disclaimer someone told us to add. It is the shape of the product. Chips cannot be bought, prizes cannot be won, and there is nothing to connect to, because none of it was ever built.
