1. Who we are
'Poker Genius', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to the people who operate this Site and this software. There is no company behind Poker Genius, and no name is published here. The only contact is support@pokergenius.com.
2. What Poker Genius is
Poker Genius is a training simulator. Every hand is played against AI opponents on play money. There are no deposits, withdrawals, chip purchases or prizes of any kind, no connection to any online poker room, and no play against other people. The advisor can only see hands played inside the simulator.
3. No real-money gambling
Chips inside the simulator have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and nothing you do inside the simulator involves real money at any point. Nothing on this Site or in the product is an offer to gamble, and nothing here should be read as one.
4. The beta
The beta is free. The software is still being built, so features may change and things may break, and data recorded during the beta, including hand history and statistics, may be reset as the underlying system changes. We are not promising a launch date.
If you join the beta, the subscription price that applies to you afterward is locked at the founder rate for as long as you keep the subscription. The price itself is not decided yet. What we are promising is the structure: once you have the founder rate, it does not go up while you stay subscribed.
5. Subscription and trial
Poker Genius will be a paid subscription with a trial period, arriving with the hosted version. Neither the subscription nor the trial exists yet, and the price is not decided.
6. Acceptable use
Once accounts exist, using Poker Genius means agreeing to this:
- One account per person. Do not share or resell your access.
- Use the advisor only for hands played inside the simulator. Do not try to feed it information from any other source.
- Do not use the product to develop, train or export data for a program that plays hands on your behalf.
- Do not try to access another person's account or data.
7. No warranty about results
We do not promise a particular outcome from using the advisor, the training modes, or any statistic the product shows you. What you do with a hand is always your decision.
8. Availability
This Site and, once it is live, the simulator may be unavailable at times, for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. This is especially true during the beta. We do not promise a particular level of uptime.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed.
